Division Manager-Sales

Job Scope

1.To expand sales in Food service  DSOR channels 

2.To develop short to mid term business strategy, master action plans.

3.To improve and optimize Customer Service Level

4.To analyze sales and marketing data to analyze and formulate sales guidelines.

Job Details

1.Analyze of related business operation efficiency trends, costs, and  work processes.

2.Identifies opportunities to reduce business waste, streamline processes, and improve operations through continuous improvement and standardization.

3.Suggest short and long term strategic planning  to ensure all facility and organization goals and objectives are achieved.

4.Ensures that all action items are tracked and completed. Responsible for timely and comprehensive communication with appropriate.

5.Ensure business operation meet or exceeds the assigned KPI in the areas.

Job Specifications

Degee : Bachelor's Degree or Higher

Experience : At least 3-5 years of experience in Sales manager especially from Food Business
