Job Purpose

Responsible for driving business growth within a Department by develop new network/ Clients/ business models/ Occasion & strategic direction, research new market opportunities and oversee growth projects, making sales/profit/ project projections and forecasting revenue, in line with projected income.

Key Responsibilities

 

1. Execute and contribute to find and seek the new business opportunity for the company and finding and developing new markets and improving sales/ Profit or Department directions.
- Creating Business development plans and growth projections. Making Business presentation finding new market opportunities
2. Identifying market or Business opportunities with key trends from research based background knowledge, networking and other channels
- Analyzing financial investment feasibility for project development and developing effective strategies to reduce business costs and increase company and project profits and benefits
3. Contacting potential clients to establish good relationship, meeting arrangement and sales accomplishment and increasing the value and manage the relationship of current customers while attracting new ones
- Attending conferences, seminars, meetings, and industry events for improving of individual skill
4. Implement and monitor assigned project to ensure successful execution with on time delivery and in full completion

Qualifications
1
. Master Degree in Management, MBA, Finance, Marketing or related field
2. Experiences at least 3-5 years in Business Development/Trade/Sales & Marketing in FMCG
3. Experiences Product or Channels Portfolio Management
4. Basic Financial Skill (P&L/Cash Flow Management/etc.)
5. High sense of ownership, self-driven, energetic
6. Effective Communication skill (Thai & English)
7. Time Management Skill
