Key Responsibilities

1. Responsible for export sales target both volumes and profit.
- Handle and enlarge market share of existing customers to increase sales volumes via portfolio management. Making offers, receiving orders.
2. Look for new business opportunities and explore new markets and customers.
- Find new customers to expand sales volumes and creating new business opportunities, sales channels, products and expand customer base.
3. Cooperate with customers and teams to develop new products for supporting the market needs within time frame.
- Work with marketing team, product development team and production team to develop product and sales plan to meet customer requirement.
4. Handle India & Middle East Markets.
- Handle and enlarge market share of existing customers to increase sales volumes.
5. Set sales strategy, plans and actions.
- Set sale strategy, plans and action to achieve as targeted budget.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
2. Experiences at least 3 years in Export Sales & Marketing (Pet Business is a plus).
3. Basic Business Knowledge in Sales & Marketing.
4. Using SAP is an advantage.
5. Good presentation and negotiation skills.
6. Able to work under pressure with result oriented.
7. Able to travel abroad
