Job Scope
1. To play a key role in achieving brand sales target & category growth through developing & implementing BTL strategies within brands guidelines as well as customer & shopper expectations.
2. To provide category & channel strategy direction and POP standard for ensuring excellent execution of all company activities in all point of purchase.
3. To ensure the alignment and integration of brand strategies & plans with sales and customer activities by channel.
Job Details
1.Develop master strategy plan that matching with company's direction and each channel characteristic.
2.Analyze sales data, consumer & shopper insight to identify opportunities in maximizing business across existing and new channels.
3.Control budget and manage P&L in each channels to balance sales and expenses in each product categories.
4.Lead the development of product category covering assortments, merchandising, pricing, POP, and promotions across channels.
5.Provide a channel activity plan, based on given budget and ensure effective implementation with evaluation.
6.Pre & post promotions evaluation through market feedback and data analysis
