Lead product development task as the master gateway, on top of all product portfolio management & profit outlook

Job Details

Gateway to Product Development

- Product and Trend setters for all teams. Suggested product trends and interest category to team

Co-Lead Product Management & Development

- Work hand in hand with Factory PD and RD in product development process.

Product Quality Management & Monitoring

- assure that the product launched meet Betagro quality and standard. Including setteing product standard and specs

Co-Develop NPD with Trade Marketing, Sales & Customers

- Work with all related parties across BU in product development process. Ensure costing and specs align with overall product portfolio

Education & Experience

Bachelor Degree :  Marketing  or Food Science

Minimum of 5 years in Product and Development in Food Business

Knowledge/Attributes

- Deep understand in Production Line

- Deep understand in Product Cost Calculation

- Be able to faciliatate projects

- Lead product management
