Job Purpose

Human resource management for both general  and operational staff. including recruitment and employment Training and Development Section Compensation and Benefit  To be in accordance with the Company policy  (Office, factory, farm)

Key Responsibities and Activities

1.Recruitment 

- Fulfill  manpower to be in accordance with the manpower plan. Both the budgeted manpower And new investment project manpower

- Employment control and management To be in accordance with company policy 

2.Development

- Design training Program And the annual development plan of the employees

- Design development plan for Talent  and Successor

- Career Management

- Performance Management

3.Compensation And Benefit

- Compensation and Benefit management To be in accordance with the company policy

- Payroll

- Survey Compensation and Benefit  in the area  for annual salary adjustments

- Follow the labor law update and prepare HR policies to comply with the changing labor laws.

- Administration jobs such as automotive, office management.

- Be the Company's representative to contact  with  government organization  and Third-party. 

 

Educational background : Bachelor degree , Master Deegree

Faculty   : Human Resource Management

Experience : 5 - 7 Years and older Human Resource Management

Work Location : Laos
