The Store Manager oversees all store activities and operations

Job Details

1.Overall Store Management: Oversee all aspects of La Comida shop, including forecasting, inventory management, shop operations, and promotional activities.

2.Sales and Operations: Manage both the selling and operational aspects of the store, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

3.Inventory Control: Supervise inventory levels, including cutting, re-packing, box set management, and storage management.

4.Customer Engagement: Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer communications.

5.Promotions: Plan and execute in-store promotions effectively.

6.Delivery Coordination: Coordinate and book deliveries as needed.

Job Specifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.

Experience in store management, preferably in the retail industry.

Knowledge & Skills

- Understanding of retail operations, including inventory management and customer service.

- Familiarity with product merchandising, promotion strategies, and sales forecasting.

- Proficiency in English communication, both written and spoken.

- Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.

- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

- Proficient in using inventory management software.

- Effective communication skills, both internally with the team and externally with customers.
