Key Responsbilities

  • Develop insight of the Indonesian Food & Meat market, including customer behavior, product attributes, sales & marketing practices, competitor movement, and commercial opportunities along the supply chain
  • Key contact to Customers, Buyers, and Merchandisers
  • Oversee OEM manufacturing agreement, logistics, and operations for production and distribution of sausages in Indonesia
  • Gather information to move project to phase 2: own factory

Education : Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, Food Science or related field

Experiences : Minimum 5-8 years of experience in sales, business development, or key account management. Experience working with managing OEM or partnership

Skill and Competencies :

  • Strong commercial acumen
  • Excellent relationship-building skills with buyers, merchandisers
  • Good understanding of supply chain flow
